Inspiring story of Zane
Once fat, frustrated and flabby with no goals for her future, Zane knew there was more to life and she made it her goal to turn things around.
At 16, Zane was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder, prescribed a plethora of medication and placed on a disability pension. Zane accepted this diagnosis of her life for almost 10 years, feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. Finally learning about cognitive therapy, clean eating and daily physical activity as a means to health, she stopped taking her medication.
The next step to being healthier and happier was to reduce her 96.6kg body weight, which she did by losing 38kg in just 53 weeks. From fat, frustrated and flabby, to fit, flexible and fun – the last 12 years has taken Zane on a journey of weight-loss, fitness, self-discovery, personal development, education and travel.
From wherever you are, you can ALWAYS get to where you want to be!
To date, she has studied and educated in nutrition, taught cooking classes through out the world, become a personal trainer and taught yoga, pilates, spin, stretch, tai chi, aqua aerobics, meditation and boot camps internationally, in addition to facilitating lectures, seminars and workshops on these subjects. She is also an expert on raw food, detoxification, holistic wellness, personal development, goal setting, vision boards, creativity and even chocolate!
